Recess Thermal Station

The last of the three Sundays was the odd one out, because there was no training in it at all. We took everyone to Recess Thermal Station in Griffintown, which is a sauna and cold plunge place, and spent the afternoon moving between the two.

It ran from half one until half three. Most people went back into the plunge for a second round.

That was the end of the series. Six people came to more than one of the three, which was the whole reason for running three of them rather than one.
